USP alum Zhai Yunjie (Psychology + USP, Class of 2018), currently a Product and User-experience designer, will be conducting a second run of design thinking workshop for the USP community.

The workshop will focus on learning a methodology of solving problems and devising solutions to address the needs of the human users. This hands-on session will provide a platform for students to learn, practise, and ask questions about what it really means to use “design thinking”. She will also cover the concept of blockchain and existing problems in this industry that can be solved using design thinking as an approach.
