USP e-Freshmen Orientation Programme – Orientation Week (Pre-Camp)
Organised by the University Scholars Club (USC), the USP e-Freshmen Orientation Programme (FOP) – Orientation Week (O’Week) will build on the friendships developed among the freshmen during e-Scholaris and e-O’Camp (held earlier on 7 Jun and 3 to 5 Jul respectively), to further integrate them into our close-knit community. There will be two parts to the O’Week: 28-29 Jul for Pre-Camp and 5-7 Aug for Camp. Freshmen will be introduced to the residential living experience, USP academic life, USP-home faculty connection, community life, and other opportunities. The USP seniors are also incorporating Minecraft, online games as well as house-centric activities like house initiation to make the experience for freshmen more interesting and engaging! In this particular session, one of the USP alums will be sharing his experience of helping migrant workers during the pandemic. USP alumni, C2020 graduates and faculty members are welcome, but capacity is limited to 30 to allow for better engagement. Register HERE for the COVID-time Storytelling.
