On Thursday 7 May 2015, the NUS University Scholars Programme (USP) welcomed a staff delegation from Peking University’s Yuanpei College. Headed by its Executive Dean Professor Sun Hua, the Chinese delegation was here to renew a long-standing student exchange programme with USP, and at the same time, to learn more about USP and its residential college concept. With the renewed ties, USP students will continue to have the wonderful opportunity of spending one year at the prestigious Yuanpei College and pursuing the stint as a USP Cultural Immersion Programme. Reciprocally, USP will host students from Yuanpei College to study at NUS and live alongside USP students at its residential college — Cinnamon College (USP) — for a semester or a year.

USP is extremely happy to offer this programme that brings together students from NUS and PKU, both top-notch universities in Asia, and to contribute towards furthering Sino-Singapore relations.
