Closed-Door Dialogue: Self-Care While Being An Emotional Support to Your Friends

Organised by Love, USP, this student-led event will discuss how you can exercise self-care while being an emotional support to your friends. This closed-door dialogue allows students to: 1) share about the difficulties they faced, in a safe and comfortable space; 2) discuss potential solutions on managing one's own emotional boundaries, recognising your own feelings and communicating them sensitively, and 3) other ways of caring for oneself while caring for others.
