SUMMARY:Emotional Intelligence @ Work
DESCRIPTION:USP Career Services introduces a new workshop called “Emotional Intelligence @ Work” for USP students. This workshop will help students to create self-awareness on emotional intelligence and understand its importance in working life\, to gain keys to improve emotional intelligence (and empathy) to have a balance of IQ and EQ for career-readiness\, and to understand the contextual difference between socialisation in USP and the working world.
