Fees and Financial Aid

Throughout all four years of the DDP, students will be registered as full-time undergraduate students of both Sciences Po and NUS. They will however pay the fees of the institution at which they are in residence.

Years 1 and 2

For Years 1 and 2, therefore, students will pay fees to Sciences Po. Sciences Po calculates and charges fees based on the tax residence of the student’s parents.

The fee structure may vary from year to year. For more information on Sciences Po fees, please refer to:

Years 3 and 4

For Years 3 and 4, students will pay fees to the National University of Singapore. Fees vary by faculties; in the case of this DDP, the fees chargeable are for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Depending on their nationalities, however, students may be eligible for tuition grants administered by Singapore’s Ministry of Education.

The tuition grant is not repayable, and Singapore citizens in receipt of it will not be required to undertake a service bond. But all Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) and international students (non-citizens and non-PRs) in receipt of the tuition grant will be required to undertake a service bond; under the terms of the tuition grant, to work for a Singapore-registered company for three years upon completion of their degrees, so as to discharge some of their obligations to the Singapore public for the high subsidy to their university education. This service bond is not in effect if a DDP student opts not to apply for the tuition grant and pays the full fees.
