SUMMARY:SEA at the Crossroads
DESCRIPTION:USP students will be travelling to Chiang Mai province in Thailand to examine environmental and resources issues due to an increasing population\, expanded industry and intensified agriculture. This study trip will allow students to address and aim in contributing to the technological\, socioeconomic and political innovations that are emerging. USP faculty members and students will be working with the Departments of Chemistry\, Biology\, the Environmental Science Research Center\, and the Regional Center for Social Science and Sustainable Development (RCSD) at Chiang Mai University.

DESCRIPTION:Organised by the University Scholars Club (USC)\, USP Freshmen Orientation Programme aims to integrate USP freshmen into our community as the new academic year approaches. The freshmen will be exposed to the wide range of opportunities that USP provides and the diversity of people here in USP. They will\, hopefully\, be encouraged to get involved\, shape\, and develop our community.
