SUMMARY:Carnival of Poetry
DESCRIPTION:Two USP students have organised a poetry reading session in which ten migrant poets will share their poetry. The migrant poets (including migrant worker poets) will be joined by NUS students who will also share their poetry. The event is held in collaboration with the Migrant Writers of Singapore. DESCRIPTION:The QR Centre is organising two workshops for those in the USP community interested in programming. These workshops are run by USP students who are computing enthusiasts. \nThe 1st workshop is Introduction to Python with Telegram Bots. Python is a general purpose programming language with wide applications such as game development\, data processing and machine learning. It is easy to pick up and many of its concepts are transferable to other programming languages as well. No experience is required for this workshop as they will cover the basics of programming in Python\, followed by a hands-on development of your own Telegram bot.
