DESCRIPTION:Organised by Love\, USP\, this student-led event will discuss how you can exercise self-care while being an emotional support to your friends. This closed-door dialogue allows students to: 1) share about the difficulties they faced\, in a safe and comfortable space; 2) discuss potential solutions on managing one’s own emotional boundaries\, recognising your own feelings and communicating them sensitively\, and 3) other ways of caring for oneself while caring for others.
