In this session\, they will be sharing their thoughts on their essays with the USP community. Copies of the book will also be on sale. The session will be moderated by USP faculty A/P Barbara Ryan.

SUMMARY:Emotional Intelligence @ Work
DESCRIPTION:USP Career Services introduces a new workshop called “Emotional Intelligence @ Work” for USP students. This workshop will help students to create self-awareness on emotional intelligence and understand its importance in working life\, to gain keys to improve emotional intelligence (and empathy) to have a balance of IQ and EQ for career-readiness\, and to understand the contextual difference between socialisation in USP and the working world.
