Stress Reduction with Relaxation Tips

As the semester takes a recess break next week, you might also want to take some time out to care for yourself.

Come attend a USP session for tips to reduce stress and practise relaxation techniques in a Stress Reduction and Relaxation talk and practice session on Thursday 22 Sep 2016, 4.00pm – 5.30pm, at Masters Commons. The session will be conducted by a NUS Counseling and Psychological Services counsellor.
