Permaculture@USP Symposium 2019: SustaiNIBBLES
00 March 2019 , 10:00 am-1:00 pm
Come and join Permaculture@USP’s inaugural symposium, “SustaiNIBBLES”. The objective of the event is to educate participants about sustainable food production in Singapore, encourage awareness and a sustainable mindset and teach participants how to start a small garden in their homes. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from local niche food producers and experts (among which is Prof Maharaj Pandit, our Ngee Ann Kongsi Distinguished Visiting Professor) who are challenging the notions of sustainable food production and inspiring the next green wave of Singapore food entrepreneurs. There will also be a microgreens workshop for all participants to learn how to produce nutritious food. This event is open to NUS students, staff and public.
Interested students and staff, sign up HERE.
Permaculture@USP was started by USP alum Alexius Yeo (Geography + USP, Class of 2010) in 2017.
