This is a development-work learning programme to the Philippines. Initiated by USP students, it aims to achieve learning and service through development work research and fieldwork.

Students partner with, and study the works of International Charity Organisations (ICOs) or Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). Driven by their passion, students gain multidisciplinary insights into the complex challenges of poverty alleviation, talent synergy, social entrepreneurship, global hunger, child education, and environmental sustainability. Some have progressed to interning or working at the ICOs and NGOs.
