Princeton Diplomatic Invitational

The Princeton Diplomatic Invitational (formerly known as PICSim) is a flagship programme of the International Relations Council at Princeton University.

It takes its idea from the crisis simulation session commonly found in Model United Nations activities, and its conferences are highly interactive, competitive, and innovative. USP collaborates with Princeton University and sends a USP team every year to participate and compete in these conferences attended by top universities around the world. Our students have done well over the years, with some winning awards for “Outstanding Delegates”.

PICSIM is a programme that really draws on students initiative to see what they envision come to pass, especially when it comes to strategizing as well as getting to be exposed to the perspectives of students from other universities. Such a programme has enriched my understanding of how cultures frame our thinking and has moulded me to become a much sensitive global citizen.
